With nearly 40 years in the industry, he has led award-winning restaurant concepts, played key leadership roles as Group Executive Chef and Chief Culinary Officer, judge for international chef associations, and published multiple cookbooks. As a triathlete and ceramist, his creative spirit spans beyond food. As co-founder of Iron Man Dine, he continues to shape Singaporean cuisine with passion, artistry, and purpose.
Dr. Chua is a naturopath, integrative medicine expert, health educator, WSQ-ACLP certified facilitator, WSQ-DDDLP Learning & Development Professional, and media Nutritionist Chef with more than 20 years of experience. She earned her Ph.D. in Natural Health Science & Integrative Medicine (Summa Cum Laude), along with a Doctor of Naturopathy, Master Iridology, Master Herbology, and a B.Sc. in Holistic Nutrition (highest honors). As a media guest nutritionist (MediaCorp, SPH) and acclaimed author, she brings science-backed wellness to life in a way that’s both empowering and practical. Anchored by her belief that “food is your best medicine,” she has crafted over a thousand diet plans and recipes that fuse Eastern traditions with Western science to support holistic health.
